Honestly, you can never be perfectly ready to go and serve unreached people groups... but you can be more ready or less ready! As a church, we will equip you to be as ready and equipped as possible. We do this through Goer Groups as well as large group training events.
Action Steps:
- After you complete your Goer Enrollment Form, you will need to meet with a member of the 100 People Network Leadership Team. At this meeting, you will be counseled about possible ministry next steps.
- Join The City's 100 People Network groups:
- 100 People Network–Stay informed
- 100 People Network–Goers. (Note that this group is only open to those that have already completed their Goer Enrollment Form)
- Make sure to read your emails from these groups. We advise setting your email settings to daily digest and then being faithful to read your daily digests.
- Participate in your Goer Group. Your Goer Group mentor should contact you in the days after you complete your Goer Enrollment Form. Be faithful and available to meet with your Goer Group mentor. Meeting with them is an absolute requirement if you want to join the 100 People Network.
- In your Goer Group, you will complete our Goer Development Review. This Review is a basic assessment of your readiness to go to the nations. This Review will be the starting point for you to create, with the help of your mentor, a personal preparation plan for going to the nations. Your mentor will guide you through this process.
